108 Ambulance Staff Returns Lost Purse, Win Public Praise in Kalahandi

Kalahandi: In Dumermunda village under Kesinga block of Kalahandi district, an 18-year-old girl named Yajnaseni Dhangaramajhi was injured in an accident. She was quickly taken to the Kesinga Group Health Center by the 108 ambulance service for treatment.

After the patient was admitted to the hospital, the ambulance staff found a purse left inside the vehicle. Without any delay, they contacted the patient’s relative, Prakash Chandra Dhangaramajhi, and returned the lost item to him.

This honest and thoughtful act by the 108 ambulance team—EMT Neela Bishi, driver Jagadish Nayak, and helper Dhaneshwar Kaibarta—has been highly appreciated by the public and hospital staff alike.
