CREDAI Bhubaneswar Elects New Managing Committee for 2025–27

Bhubaneswar: The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), Bhubaneswar Chapter representing over 100 leading developers from the city has announced its newly elected Managing Committee for the term 2025–27. The election process was successfully concluded on 8th November 2025, under the supervision of Returning Officers Mr. Madhu Mohanty and Mr. Mohammed Moquim.

Following a transparent selection process, the newly elected members are Mr. Sheikh Mairajul Haque – President, Mr. Manoj Kumar Sahoo – Vice President, Mr. Sarat Kumar Sahu – Vice President, Mr. Kalinga Keshari Rath – Secretary, Mr. Naval Mahajan – Joint Secretary, Mr. Soubhagya Sundar Routray – Joint Secretary, Mr. Manmohan Agarwala – Treasurer, Mr. Aswini Kumar Padhi – Executive Member, Mr. Manas Kumar Behera – Executive Member, Mr. Aditya Das – Executive Member and Mr. Abhaya Kumar Panda – Executive Member.

The announcement ceremony was graced by Sri Swadesh Kumar Routray, CREDAI National Vice President & CREDAI Odisha President, and Sri Anil Kumar Agarwal, CREDAI Odisha Secretary, who extended their warm congratulations and best wishes to the newly elected team.

Under the leadership of Mr. Sheikh Mairajul Haque, the new Managing Committee has outlined a progressive vision for the real estate sector in Bhubaneswar. The committee has pledged to strengthen policy advocacy, promote ethical business practices, and champion sustainable development initiatives.
