Odisha gets its first Nova IVF Fertility center in Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar : Nova IVF Fertility, India’s fastest growing fertility chain with international standards of fertility treatment, marks its entry into Odisha with the launch of its first centre in Bhubaneswar. With increasing infertility in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 regions, the fertility chain has 40% of its centers in tier 2 and tier 3 regions. The national fertility chain is also bringing in newer technologies like Artificial Intelligence in embryo selection at the Bhubaneswar center without any monetary cost to the couples. The Chief Guest for the event was Dr Pratyush Kumar Ray, Secretary, Indian Medical Association, Odisha Chapter.
The Bhubaneswar centre is equipped with advanced Electronic Witnessing Systems (EWS) and Artificial Intelligence enabled technologies to ensure accuracy and build patient confidence throughout their fertility journey.

Mr Bishwanath Ganguly, Chief Operating Officer, Nova IVF Fertility said, “Our expansion into Bhubaneswar reflects our continued focus on making quality fertility care accessible across India. We have 120+ centres across 68+ cities and have completed 100,000+cycles so far. At Nova, the IVF lab is the core of every treatment, and we follow international protocols supported by skilled clinicians and embryologists to ensure consistent patient outcomes across all our centres. With our presence in Odisha, we remain committed to delivering ethical, transparent and standardised care to every couple seeking support on their fertility journey.”
Dr.Rohit Gutgutia, Medical Director, Nova IVF Fertility, said, “We are integrating Artificial Intelligence to enhance treatment precision and success rates. At Nova IVF Fertility, we follow a very personalised treatment for each couple be it they come with a history of repeated IVF failures, miscarriage, or genetic conditions etc. At our labs we also use Electronic Witnessing Systems which alerts the lab scientists(embryologists) like an alarm system, if in case of egg and sperm mix ups. While Artificial Intelligence acts as a second set of eyes for embryologists in the lab and selects the best embryo, which can help to improve success rates in IVF treatments”.

At the launch, fertility experts highlighted distinctive regional trends. The diet here is rich in carbohydrates as majority eat a lot of rice, but hardly exercise. This can lead to issues like Obesity in men and women, which also impacts fertility health.

Dr.Gayatri Satpathy, Fertility Specialist, Nova IVF Fertility, Bhubaneswar, said, “A major challenge we observe is couples delaying consultation with fertility specialists, often spending years with unproductive treatments. Age also plays a very important role in success of fertility treatments, as couples’ age, they may need more cycles. Male Infertility is also on the rise and contributes to at least 40% of the infertility cases. We also see 30% unexplained infertility cases where stress could also be a reason for the infertility. Another need is screening for genetic conditions like thalassemia, cancersand metabolic disorders which is prevalent in Odisha. With assisted reproductive technologies these disease can be screened and further transmission to the next generation can be avoided. Also, conditions such as anemia, thyroid disorders, malnutrition, and diabetes is prevalent in Odisha which should be corrected before planning pregnancy for a healthy outcome.Lifestyle plays a very important role in fertility health, and it is important for couples to be physically fit, maintain good diet, and sleep cycles”.
Nova IVF Fertility in Bhubaneswar offers comprehensive fertility treatments in a well-equipped facility with state-of-the-art laboratory infrastructure,
