TPCODL Receives Prestigious CII Odisha Award for Best Practices in Industrial Relations

Bhubaneswar: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) has been honoured with the “Best Practices in Industrial Relations (IR)” award at the 38th State-Level QC Circle Convention 2025, organised by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Odisha. The award ceremony was held in Bhubaneswar.

The award was presented by Sampad Chandra Swain, Hon’ble Minister of Industries, Technical Education & Skill Development, Government of Odisha and Anu Garg, Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha. The event was also graced by Anil Kumar Singh, Chairman of CII Odisha State Council and Hemant Sharma, Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha.

Speaking on the achievement, Mr Arvind Singh, CEO, TPCODL said: “This recognition from CII is a proud moment for all of us at TPCODL.
