designs on 23-24th September (Friday-Saturday), 11am–9pm at Hotel Pal Heights,
Bhubaneswar ENTRY is FREE for VISITORS with all covid safety protocols. Inauguration
ceremony shall host MP Mrs. Sulata Deo, Mayor Mrs. Sulochana Das, Monalisa Bal, Sandhya
Patnaik, Jayshree Mohanty, Shreemayee Mishra, Dr Rosalin Patsani Mishra, Dr. Chidatmika
Khatua, Sukirti Patnaik, Preeti Pallavi Patnaik, Munmun Singh, Prasanna Pati and other
