Dhamra Port Wins Top Honours at NCQC 2025 for Quality Excellence

Dhamra : The Dhamra Port Company Limited (DPCL) has earned national recognition by winning top honours at the 39th National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC 2025), organised by the Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI) at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, from 19–22 December 2025.
The prestigious convention, hosted at GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management (GLBITM), Greater Noida, was held under the theme “Quality Concepts for Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat.” Industries from across India representing multiple sectors participated and presented innovative quality concepts, best practices, and improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, safety, operational excellence, and productivity enhancement.
At the national forum, five Quality Circle teams from the Material Handling Section of Dhamra Port’s Engineering Department showcased detailed case studies on quality improvement initiatives and best operational practices. Their presentations highlighted practical solutions that resulted in measurable improvements in efficiency and performance.
In a significant achievement, all five teams from Dhamra Port were awarded the highest “PAR EXCELLENCE” honour, along with Best Model Trophies, marking a rare and notable accomplishment at the convention.
This achievement reinforces Adani Group’s commitment to quality excellence, continuous improvement, and world-class industrial practices, strengthening Dhamra Port’s position as a leading port in India’s maritime and logistics sector.
