One arrested for tampering with meters

Arguing with TPCODL Enforcement team costed a lot, Police picked up the accused from his house. According to the information, notice was given to Bikash Ranjan Panda during the checking of the meter in Bhuban Village yesterday as the meter was tamped and involved in the theft of electricity. But Mr. Panda abused TPCODL authorities and beat him up by raising his hand and ripped the office papers in NEI police station. After this Bhuban police has arrested Mr. Panda.
