TPCODL Business Associates Meet Focuses on Safety, Quality, Compliances and Long-Term Partnerships

Bhubaneswar, Feb 21: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), a joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, organized a Business Associates Meet on 20th February 2026 at Bhubaneswar. The event brought together suppliers, manufacturers and service Business Associates from across India, including enterprises registered with Odisha MSME, with the objective of strengthening relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and establishing a seamless supply chain ecosystem between TPCODL and its business associates.

The event was graced by Chief Odisha Distribution business Shri Gajanan Kale; CEO Shri Arvind Singh, CFO T&D Shri Sanjeev Gupta and COO Shri Dushyant Tyagi, who emphasized the importance of quality, ethics, timely delivery of services, knowledge sharing, competitive pricing and long-term partnerships. They also encouraged business associates to set up manufacturing units in Odisha for commonly used materials such as transformers, cables, conductors, poles, meters and meter boxes, assuring sustained business opportunities in the future.

The event was attended by Senior Leadership team from various functions, who presented their perspectives and expectations. Teams from Projects, Engineering, Quality, Automation and Safety highlighted the need for enhanced product quality, adherence to delivery timelines and strict safety practices at the workplace.

Discussions centered on key priorities, including reinforced safety protocols, Statutory compliance, ethical business conduct, high quality standards and a strong focus on consumer-centric operations and service delivery. As part of the programme, 24 business associates received awards for outstanding performance during the 2025-26 period.

TPCODL hosts its Annual Business Associates (BA) Meet as a platform for meaningful engagement between its business associates and the senior leadership team. These interactions help build strong, cordial relationships beyond routine work pressures and offer an open forum where associates share feedback, insights and suggestions. Such collaborative efforts enhance productivity, create a sense of purpose and provide a platform for brainstorming solutions that drive organizational growth. Business Associates also shared valuable suggestions to make this ecosystem more efficient and effective.

Business associates expressed their appreciation for the continuous support and cooperation extended by the all function during material delivery. They also conveyed their gratitude to the leadership team of TPCODL for fostering a collaborative and supportive business environment.
