TPCODL Urges Consumers to Settle Pending Enforcement Dues throughLok Adalat on 10th May

Bhubaneswar, 8^th May 2025: The Second National Lok Adalat of 2025 is scheduled to be held on 10th May 2025, under the aegis of the National Legal Services Authority (NALSA). The Lok Adalat enables consumers to resolve pre-litigation enforcement cases through amicable, out-of-court settlements.

At TPCODL, the Lok Adalat will be conducted within the jurisdiction of District Legal Services Authorities in Kendrapara, Jagatsinghpur, Angul and Nayagarh. It will cover enforcement cases related to inspections carried out between 30^th June 2020 and 31^st March 2024.

TPCODL urges all consumers with pending enforcement dues in these districts to participate in the Lok Adalat and settle their cases through applicable waivers and flexible payment options.
