TPCODL elevates customer service with 20th Customer Care Centre

Bhubaneswar: TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), A joint venture of Tata Power and the Government of Odisha, in its unwavering commitment to enhance the customer experience, has opened its 20th Customer Care Center at Athagarh. This expansion underscores TPCODL’s resolute dedication to enrich the customer experience.
The Customer Care Centre (CCC) was inaugurated by Hon’ble Cabinet Minister Shri. Ranendra Pratap Swain, Department of Agriculture, Farmers & Empowerment, Govt. of Odisha in the presence of members of TPCODL Management.
On the journey of providing best services to consumers of Athagarh Electrical Division, the Customer Care Centre will be managed by team of officials who are well trained to handle a gamut of customer service offerings such as New Connection Applications, Bill Payments and Addressing to Customers’ Queries and Complaints.
To manage customer footfall efficiently at the centre TPCODL has introduced Queue Management System, and has also introduced Self-Help Kiosks at the center. These kiosks enable customers to access crucial information related to new connections, duplicate bills, and customer connection details with ease and convenience. TPCODL values customer feedback and created —the dedicated Feedback Tab, serving as a direct channel for customers to share their insights, contributing to ongoing service enhancements. The CCC has been equipped with TV Screens to keep customers informed. These screens display information about online payment options, safety measures, and other pertinent schemes.

On the inauguration of Customer Care Centre, Hon’ble Cabinet Minister Shri. Ranendra Pratap Swain said “It’s a very good initiative for handling all types of queries and complaints through dedicated customer care centre and to make them aware about the various online services available”.
TPCODL, is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service, and the Customer Care Center will be instrumental in achieving this goal. TPCODL continuously strives to innovate and enhance their service offerings, ensuring that customers have the best possible experience.
