Sai Krupa Hospital to Organize orthopaedic OPD for the people of Bargarh on 27th & 28th May 2023 in Bargarh

Bargarh : Sai Krupa Hospital announced its upcoming orthopaedic OPD for the general public on the 27th and 28th of May, 2023 in Bargarh, Odisha. This event is a part of the hospital’s continued efforts to provide affordable and quality healthcare to the people of Bargarh and its surrounding areas. Sai Krupa Hospital looks forward to providing the best possible healthcare and treatment to the people of Bargarh and its surrounding areas. Initially, Sai Krupa Hospital, Bargarh organized a free orthopedic camp for the people of Bargarh and its surrounding areas on 8th & 9th of April,2023. Dr. Rajesh Tripathi, Founder of the hospital, says,” Lots of people in Bargarh have been suffering from chronic pain and deformities in their knee and hip since ages. They are living a disabled life and unable to do their daily activities properly”.

To relieve the pain of the people of Bargarh, Dr. Tripathi invited Dr. D K Das, a senior orthopedic and joint replacement surgeon from Delhi for the right diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Das and his team consulted more than 700 patients in the camp in two days and also operated on four patients who needed immediate treatments. Most of the patients in the camp had BIJU Krushak Kalyan Yojna health card which helped them to get the best treatment for their age long ailments. Sai Krupa Hospital, Dr. D K Das & its team are very grateful to the honorable Chief Minister of Orissa, Mr. Navin Patnaik who has initiated the issue of BIJU Health Card to the needy people who cannot afford high end surgeries like joint replacements. On this Dr.Das said,” It is an honour for me to serve the people of Orissa which is also my birth place. The people here are deprived of good treatments and high end surgeries. I am very happy to treat my people and relieve them from their age old pain and deformities. On 28th and 29th of April. Dr. D K Das again visited Bargarh with his team to serve the people of Bargarh in association with Sai Krupa Hospital. First time in the history of Orissa, 19 joint replacement surgeries were successfully conducted in two days by Dr. Das & its team. He also consulted more than 100 patients who needed orthopedic treatments and surgeries. The patients who underwent Total Knee Replacement Surgery & Total Hip Replacement Surgery started walking after 24 hours of surgery. In four days, some patients who were completely unable to walk before the surgery started walking without the help of a walker.
