108 Ambulance crew shows humanity by donating blood to different Thalacemia patients.

Baleswar: 108 ambulance crew member became angel for two thalesemia patients by donating
blood. As per the report, a 8 years old boy named, Mahesh Ram of Rashgovindpur under
Mayurbhanj dist and Pravat Singh (20) of Khantapada under Baleswar dist. were suffering with
thalesemia disease and were treated at Baleswar dist. hospital.
As condition of both patients deteriorated, the doctor advised their relatives to arrange blood
immediately. But at that time, required blood group stock was not available in the hospital. So
the patient’s relatives became helpless.
Fortunately, 108 ambulance EMT, Pramod Ku Jena and support staff, Deepak Kumar Dash, who
were on duty at the same hospital at that time. They came to know about the patient and
without any delay, they both came forward and donated blood to the patients. For this
humanitarian work, both 108 ambulance crew members receives praise pouring in from all
quarters.
