Uttarakhand Sports Minister Reviews Preparations for 38th National Games 2025

Bhubaneswar :  In a comprehensive stakeholder meeting today, Hon’ble Sports Minister of Uttarakhand, Ms. Rekha Arya, reviewed the preparations for the 38th National Games 2025. The meeting was attended by Shri Amit Kumar Sinha, CEO of the National Games Secretariat, Special Principal Secretary of the Department of Sports, Prashant Arya, Director of the Department of Sports, and other key officials. The Minister reiterated her full support to all involved and emphasized the government’s commitment to hosting a successful National Games. Amit Kumar Sinha, CEO of the National Games Secretariat, echoed the same sentiment, as top officials engaged with the agencies responsible for the event’s execution.

Post meeting Sports Minister, said “Venue Managers have been deployed at all district-level event locations. All event venues are being handed over to the Venue Managers. Most of the venue handover work has been completed, and the remaining locations will be finalized by the evening of January 22. The Venue Managers will also oversee the final beautification and give the finishing touches to the event locations.”
