Transformer Capacity Augmented by TPSODL

Berhampur: Tata Power Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) has taken proactive measures to prepare for the expected increasing electricity demand in this summer season. Catering to the demands to provide uninterrupted and dependable power supply to its consumer, team #TPSODL has upgraded the older 200 KVA transformer at Govindpur with a new and more powerful 250 KVA transformer. The transformer is an essential part of the electrical power distribution system and is crucial for controlling the voltage and current flow from the power grid to residences and commercial buildings. Replacing the older transformer with a newer and more powerful one will improve the quality of the local electrical supply by mitigating overloading in the area, and ensuring regular access to reliable and uninterrupted power supply.
