Airtel’s Xtelify Launches ‘Airtel Cloud’ and AI-Powered Software Platform to Accelerate Digital Transformation


Mumbai, August 4, 2025: Xtelify, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, today announced the launch of ‘Airtel Cloud’, a sovereign, telco-grade cloud platform built in India to meet the evolving needs of Indian businesses. Originally developed to handle 140 crore transactions per minute for Airtel’s own operations, the platform now offers enterprises IaaS, PaaS, advanced connectivity, Gen-AI-based provisioning, and up to 40% cost optimisation. Hosted on sustainable, next-generation data centres and managed by over 300 certified cloud experts, Airtel Cloud ensures secure migration, effortless scaling, no vendor lock-ins, and complete data sovereignty with all controls residing within India.

Xtelify also unveiled a future-ready, AI-powered software platform designed for telecom operators worldwide. This platform addresses every layer of the telecom value chain, offering a converged data engine for AI-led insights, a Workforce platform for real-time task management, and an Experience platform to enhance customer journeys.

  • Singtel (Singapore): Implementing Xtelify Work for AI-driven field productivity, fleet optimisation, task automation, and governance.
  • Globe Telecom (Philippines): Deploying Xtelify Serve to deliver omni-channel service assurance, streamline processes, and drive intelligent, data-led operations.
