ODM Public School Celebrates ‘Abhishekotsav-2024′ of the Students’ union

Bhubaneswar: The ‘Abhishekotsav-2024′ of the Students’ Union for the current academic year was held on the premises of ODM Public School, Patia. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. Satyabrata Meenaketan, founder of ODM educational institutions. Colonel Rohit Singh, Sena Medal Commanding Officer of 120 Para-Military Battalion, Bhubaneswar, hoisted the flag of ODM Students’ Union at the event. The occasion was marked by the singing of the ODM anthems. Distinguished attendees included the school’s Deputy and Administrative Director Indumati Roy, Chief Executive Officer Swayan Satyendu, Education Director Dr. Artatrana Mishra, Vice-Principal Dr. Sandhyarani Swain, and Vice-Principal Dr. Rajesh Kumar Padhi.

During the event School headboy Kunal Kumar Sahu, headgirl Ashrita Mohapatra, Ahinsa House Captain Rudali Patnaik, Maitri House Captain Samir Pradhan, Preeti House Captain Priyanshu Khuntia and Shanti House Captain Shiva Kashyam were selected. The newly elected cabinet members in each house took an oath to lead with truth, impartiality, and integrity. Colonel Rohit Singh extended his congratulations to the Captains, Vice-Captains, and House Masters, encouraging them to work with dedication and focus. Dr. Meenaketan urged the student leaders to develop their leadership skills on both individual and national levels, highlighting the importance of positive thinking for achieving success in life. At the end the event was concluded with the singing of the national anthem.
