Suppliers adhere to all applicable safety and quality standards as per guidelines laid down by the FSSAI and other relevant authorities. From the suppliers’ farm to the fork, the chicken undergoes 34 quality checks, making it completely safe for consumption.

Chicken served at KFC India is cooked at a very high temperature of 170 degrees Celsius, much higher than the World Health Organisation (WHO) prescribed temperature of 70°C for cooking poultry. According to global research and trusted health organizations, the flu virus cannot be transmitted through cooked products, ensuring that every meal served at KFC is completely safe for consumption.
